The digital era has significantly transformed educational patterns, requiring parents to take an active role in guiding and supervising their children's use of technology wisely. This study aims to explore how parents can enhance their role in educating children, particularly in the areas of character building and technological literacy development. The research employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews and observations of several families with elementary school-aged children. The findings reveal that parents play a pivotal role in instilling moral values such as discipline, empathy, and responsibility, particularly in the context of digital device usage. Furthermore, parents contribute to improving children's technological literacy by providing supervision and education on digital safety, internet ethics, and the utilization of educational applications. This study concludes that the synergy between character development and technological literacy is essential in preparing children to face the challenges of the digital world with a positive attitude and adequate skills. The study recommends that parents continuously adapt to technological advancements and integrate moral values into every digital activity their children engage in.
