The development of elementary school students has become one of the priorities in the field of education, especially in the modern era, which is marked by technological advancements and global challenges. This study aims to identify effective strategies and implementations in building students’ character through a holistic educational approach. The method used is a literature review, collecting and analyzing relevant sources related to student character development. This can be achieved through the integration of moral values into the curriculum, involvement of families and communities, and the wise use of technology. Proven effective strategies include value-based learning, the application of positive discipline, and extracurricular programs that support character formation. The study recommends the importance of collaboration among schools, families, and communities in creating an environment that fosters character development. Furthermore, the government should provide training for educators on teaching methods relevant to character strengthening in the modern era. This research offers valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and the wider community in preparing a young generation that is not only academically capable but also possesses strong character.
