Abstract

Modern education demands a holistic and integrated approach to equip students with interdisciplinary skills relevant to the challenges of the 21st century. The Integrative Curriculum is a learning framework designed to connect various disciplines, promote contextual learning, and instill critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. This approach combines theory and practice through project-based learning, case studies, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. By using this method, students not only gain a deep understanding of concepts but also develop the ability to apply them in real-world situations, such as solving complex problems that require multidisciplinary perspectives. The result is graduates who are not only academically proficient but also possess essential 21st-century skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to change. Initial research and implementation show that an integrative curriculum can enhance student engagement, broaden their perspectives, and better prepare them for entry into a dynamic workforce. Therefore, the development of such a curriculum is a strategic step toward building a generation of lifelong learners who are competent and globally competitive.
